Building strong Christ-like men who lead their families well and disciple others.
Four Vital Areas
- Devotion – Mentoring men how to overcome common temptations and obstacles and build spiritual habits that build a stronger devotion to God.
- Doctrine – Mentoring new believers and seasoned believers in the vital doctrines of the Christian faith.
- Relationships – Mentoring men in marriage, parenting and work relationships with biblical truth.
- Service – Mentoring men to serve in our church, evangelize effectively, and reproduce disciples by mentoring others.
Small Groups
Iron Sharpens Iron (ISI) groups
Proverbs 27:17 states: "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another." These groups are designed for small groups of men who are also employees of the State Farm Insurance Companies to get together for the purpose of spiritual encouragement.
- Wednesdays at 11:30 AM at Corporate North men meet for prayer, encouragement, and accountability.
- Thursdays at 11:30 AM at Corporate South men meet for a book study including prayer, encouragement, and accountability.

Men's Fraternity Resumes This Fall!
Men’s Fraternity Part 1: Quest for Authentic Manhoodwill be offered on Thursday evenings. This 24 session study focuses on a man’s core identity.
Men will learn how to clearly define manhood and will finally be able to give a succinct and passionate answer to the questions, “What is a man?” and “What am I living to be?” This captivating journey helps men:
- Resolve wounds from their past
- Embrace a biblical definition of manhood
- Develop their own personal manhood plan
Men’s Fraternity Part 2: Winning at Work & Home will be offered on Wednesday mornings. This 16 session study focuses on the two areas that are central to a man’s life: his family and his career.
Sportsmen's Small Group
The mission of the EWO Sportsmen's Small Group is to glorify God by discipling men who have a passion for the great outdoors. This is accomplished through building relationships, studying the Word of God, enjoying fellowship, and experiencing God's creation. Group events include shooting, fishing, camping and more.
