Cancellation Procedures
The church website, the EWO facebook page, and the office phone message (454-3833, press 7 for cancellations) will be the main source of information regarding service or activity cancellations. Text messages will be sent to those who are signed up to receive them. Other media outlets are listed below.
A cancellation decision will be made by 7:30 AM for Sunday services and 4:00 PM on Wednesdays. All other cancellations will be posted as quickly as the church receives notification.
Based on conditions, the announcements will include information on whether we will cancel all Sunday activities, cancel only the morning activities, or cancel only the 9:00 AM activities. Our goal is to make the most appropriate decision based on the safety of our congregation.
