Join us for our rescheduled Annual Meeting via Livestream.

The church’s annual meeting will be LiveStream Only this Sunday at 12:15. Although everyone is invited to view the meeting, it is especially important that members of the church attend remotely. While last week we had offered the possibility of coming to the meeting at church, that is no longer possible. Please plan to join us online following this Sunday's service!

Members, you will be asked to login to your LiveStream account. This is very likely different than what you did to passively view the worship service. In order to establish a quorum for the meeting and to facilitate our interaction with you during the meeting, you must be logged in. If you have not already established an account, setting up a LiveStream account is a simple process. Follow these steps...

  • In the upper right-hand corner of the LiveStream page click on “Log In” (Do NOT click the red "Go Live" button).
  • In the Log In box click “Join LiveStream”
  • Enter your email address
  • Click the “Sign Up” button
  • A confirmation email will be sent to the email address which you provided (check your “Clutter” mailbox if the confirmation email does not appear in your Inbox)
  • The email will facilitate the completion of your LiveStream sign up
  • Click “Activate My Account” in the email
  • Enter First Name, Last Name, and Password in the box
  • Click “Create Account”

That’s it. You’re ready to participate in the Annual Meeting.
Members will be asked to check-in to the meeting using the “Comments” function. Simply type in the names of the members who are present. The “Comments” will also facilitate the asking of questions.
Members will be asked to vote on both elder/deacon nominations and the proposed budget. Voting will be facilitated through a web link provided to those “attending” the meeting remotely. We ask that only members vote and that each member vote only once.
