Bible Study Descriptions

“Precept Upon Precept: Ezekiel Part 1” Thursday mornings (9:30am) and evenings (6:30pm)
God appointed Ezekiel as a watchman to warn his people of coming judgment. Seeing visions and performing signs, he called individuals to turn from wickedness to righteousness because God takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked. How does this message of Ezekiel apply to you? Are you grieved about the sin everywhere you look? Do you long for justice?  Starts Thursday, September 6 at 9:30-11:30am or 6:30-8:30pm.  Workbook $22.50.  Precept Bible Studies are an in-depth Inductive Bible Study with an easy-to-follow daily homework format. About 5 hours of homework per week -- an amazing investment in learning God's Word! Questions? Contact Lynny Wegman . Register online.

"Becoming a Woman of Prayer by Cynthia Heald"  Thursday mornings (9:30am) and evenings (6:30pm)
So often we think of prayer as something we do to break through to God―to get His attention and to get Him to listen to us. But intimacy with God is His idea. He has taken the initiative, and prayer is His gift to us. It is an opportunity for us to respond to His invitation to intimacy by calling, crying, and singing to Him. Prayer is our response to the One who has called out to us and desires to be in a relationship with us. Starts Thursday, September 6 at 9:30-11:30am or 6:30-8:30pm. Workbook $7. Simple homework can be completed in one sitting. Questions?  Register online.

"1 John Inductive Bible Study" (No Homework) Thursday evenings (6:30pm)
Learn the basics of an inductive Bible study in this no-homework format. We'll read the Bible together: asking questions about the text, defining words, and drawing application to our own lives. See the book of 1 John come alive in a new way as we dig deep into God's Word! No book needed... just come and join us! Questions?  Register online.
